How to get there: (Use these directions to accompany the downloadable map)

1.	Go to Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station (on the Kwun Tong line, between Kowloon Bay and Kwun Tong) Take Exit B (by Maxims cakes)
2.	Follow the signs to Exit B5
3.	Exit at B5 (How Ming Street)
4.	Turn 180 degrees and cross the road that was behind you when you came up the stairs - you are going towards a building (350 Kwun Tong Rd) across the road, called the Maxwell Industrial Building.
5.	When you are standing directly in front of the Maxwell Industrial Building (which has a large sign saying "Fortune Fame"), bear right and walk for about 30 seconds to Yan Yip Street. Turn left into Yan Yip Street.
6.	Walk to the end of Yan Yip Street (about one minute) and you will be at Wai Yip Street. Turn right and walk to the first intersection. This is Tai Yip Street, our street. Turn right into Tai Yip Street.
7.	Follow Tai Yip Street as it curves left. You will see a bright orange building - you need to be on the opposite side of the road from this building. Walk up the street for about a minute towards the building directly opposite Wellsoon Express Limited. This is 19 Tai Yip Street (On Cheong Factory Building), our building. Go through the gate and up to the first floor. This is Spooky. There is a doorbell for Spooky that you can press through the bars.
